Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking an HR Process and Project Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will lead end-to-end HR processes for the German market, handling complex HR cases and ensuring payroll data quality, while mentoring colleagues and driving process improvements.

You will apply deep knowledge of German labour practices, SAP/Workday systems and ServiceNow case management, collaborating across streams to deliver seamless hire-to-retire services.

Qualifications

• Several years of HR operations experience for the German market.
• German language at C1 level (professional fluency).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and payroll dependencies.
• Ability to think in processes, not only tasks.
• Coaching mindset and accountability for quality beyond own workload.
• Experience with Global HRIS platforms (Workday or SAP) and Case Management tools (ServiceNow or similar).

Responsibilities

• Independently handle complex HR cases across the full employee lifecycle.
• Escalate operational issues, payroll discrepancies and compliance questions.
• Ensure high quality and consistency of HR data and payroll inputs.
• Contribute to creation and improvement of SOPs and work instructions across HR streams.
• Support implementation of process changes and new solutions.
• Mentor and support HR Specialists; drive knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end hire-to-retire delivery.
• Promote an end-to-end mindset beyond stream-specific ownership.
