Job summary

Antal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Poland. You will assist German-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat, and resolve product inquiries with cross-team collaboration.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, B2 level German and English, and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools. You will help improve processes and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• B2 level of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Secondary education required; higher education is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with CRM systems or other customer service tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for German-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat, handling inquiries about products and services.
• Enter and update customer information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, usage guidance, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Monitor customer cases and ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and internal workflows.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
