Job summary

RED GLOBAL TRANSPORTES is seeking an AI Consultant/Developer for a 3-month, 3 days/week engagement. This fully remote role starts ASAP and targets an international client using ServiceNow for ITSM, incidents, and service requests.

You will design and develop AI agents, including a User story agent and an incident analysis tool, and help draft a governance framework for future service requests. Strong Python and GenAI experience, plus Azure and API integration, are essential, along with fluent
