Exadel is seeking a highly capable Python AI developer to lead and contribute to GenAI-enabled projects for top clients. You will design and build scalable Python apps using FastAPI, validate data with Pydantic, and implement asynchronous patterns to optimize performance.

The role involves collaborating across teams, mentoring peers, and maintaining strong client communications while delivering robust AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on asyncio and parallel programming.

Responsibilities

• Providing requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Implementing asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio.
• Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines and high code quality.
• Integrating multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio) and exploring experiments.
• Working independently and collaboratively within the team.
• Providing clear instructions to team members and coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Communicating with the client on a regular basis.
• Providing technical leadership: mentor, coach, lead by example.
