Job summary

RED GLOBAL TRANSPORTES seeks a Senior AI Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with extensions, fully remote within the EU. The role starts ASAP and enables remote work across EU jurisdictions.

You will analyze business needs, define AI/ML product requirements, craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery, UAT, testing and solution validation to ensure successful AI initiatives. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including AI/ML products.
• Generative AI / Conversational AI experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Exposure to Agentic AI or agent frameworks.
• User stories, acceptance criteria and Agile delivery.
• UAT, testing and solution validation experience.
• Azure / AI Foundry / Databricks exposure is beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills.
