Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable architectures.

You will mentor engineers, drive governance and design standards, and partner with clients to deliver secure, high-performing ServiceNow environments. Hybrid work options are available in Poland.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+ level)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead design, implementation and optimization across multiple domains
• Mentor engineers and drive knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with partners and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
