You’ll provide support across live chat, phone, and email, collaborating with international teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (native/C2) and English (C1) with excellent written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience delivering support across chat, phone and email channels.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and empathetically.
• Customer focus with analytical thinking and IT aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, thoughtful customer support via in-app chat, phone and email.
• Own customer issues end-to-end and work with product teams to improve experiences.
• Maintain professional, consistent communication and represent Revolut.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex issues.
