You’ll deliver support across in-app chat, phone, and email, collaborate with international teams, and participate in 24/7 coverage including night and weekend shifts. A passion for excellent communication and problem solving will help you thrive in our fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (native/C2) required.
• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expected.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy essential.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience providing support across chat, phone, and email.
• Strong writing, analytical and IT skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team.
• Independent problem-solving attitude desired.
