Job summary

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated. The position offers a competitive compensation package in PLN.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (native/C2) and English (C1) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to explain complex issues in a simple way.
• Experience providing support across chat, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support through in-app live chat, phone, and email.
