Job summary

AMS, in partnership with GE Vernova, is seeking an experienced Recruiter with French to support hiring across Europe. You will own end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to offer, partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.

You will source and assess candidates, develop talent strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Fluency in English and French is required; hybrid work model; based in Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, automotive, manufacturing is desired.
• Experience supporting recruitment across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across European markets, from brief to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
• Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies; engage via direct sourcing and market mapping.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and market context to assist hiring decisions.
• Ensure excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience with proactive communication and process management.
• Maintain recruitment data, keep systems up to date and compliant.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs and team objectives with a focus on quality and service.
