AMS seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for med-tech/healthcare roles in France, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver high-quality shortlists and outcomes.

You will combine fluent English and French with strong stakeholder management, agile thinking, and data-driven decisions to drive process improvements and provide market insights.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven recruitment partnership.

For this role we need an individual with fluent French, combined with strong market expertise across France.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for med-tech/healthcare roles in France by applying your recruitment delivery expertise.
• Apply your assessment and screening skills to deliver high‑quality shortlists in a timely manner
• Use your relationship‑building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
• Use your communication skills to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through regular updates and transparency
• Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information
• Contribute to SLA, KPI, and team objectives through effective prioritisation and delivery
• Use your analytical skills to undertake market mapping projects and provide insight‑led recommendations.
