AMS, a leading talent solutions partner, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support European hiring in a fast-paced, international setup. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, partnering with Hiring Managers and clients to attract high-quality talent.

Fluency in English and German or Hungarian or Polish is required, with experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors. A hybrid work model, flexible benefits, and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise across European markets.
• Fluent in English plus German or Hungarian or Polish.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, automotive, manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Experience in international environments and managing multiple requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across European markets from briefing to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs and provide consultative support.
• Develop and execute sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, and networks.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists with market context to support decisions.
• Provide market insights to shape realistic recruitment strategies and manage expectations.
• Maintain strong candidate and Hiring Manager experience with proactive communication.
