• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across European markets with focus on France.
• Fluency in English and French with professional communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking including market mapping and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for med-tech/healthcare roles in France by applying your recruitment delivery expertise.
• Apply assessment and screening skills to deliver high-quality shortlists in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and manage expectations through regular updates.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through transparent communication.
• Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information.
• Contribute to SLA, KPI, and team objectives through effective prioritisation and delivery.
