Job summary

AMS is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for med-tech/healthcare roles in France. You will partner with hiring managers, deliver high-quality shortlists, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across European markets with focus on France.
• Fluency in English and French with professional communication skills.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven recruitment partnership.

For this role we need an individual with fluent French, combined with strong market expertise across France.

• Demonstrated ability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across European markets with focus on France.
