Job summary

AMS, in partnership with a leading client in the Electrification sector, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Europe. Own a portfolio end-to-end, partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across diverse markets.

You will provide market insights, sourcing expertise, and a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment expertise across multiple markets.
• Experience engaging Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proven sourcing and talent-attraction capabilities for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in engineering, automotive, manufacturing sectors desired.
• Experience recruiting across European markets in international environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interviewing, with competency-based approaches preferred.
• Fluent English; German and/or Hungarian or Polish advantageous.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with continuous improvement.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets from brief to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Directly source and map talent using multiple channels.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists with market context for decisions.
• Provide talent market insights to shape realistic recruitment plans.
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and compliant processes.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs and team objectives with focus on quality.
