Job summary

Genpact in Poland is seeking a Customer Care Specialist with strong French and English skills to join our team in a hybrid setup in Wroclaw. You will manage the end-to-end order flow, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality.

Experience with SAP and customer portals, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. We offer comprehensive benefits, training, and a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Marketing or similar.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Accurate data entry skills and usage of SAP, ePop, EDI, and customer portals.
• Knowledge of the SAP order management process.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership and team collaboration.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through end-to-end order management and issue resolution.
• Use Salesforce, SAP and customer portals to manage orders and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Maintain customer master data and SAP part numbers.
• Proactively notify customers of order issues related to pricing, Certs or MOQ.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order flow and timely queries resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CSRs and the business.
• Support transition activities and process/quality improvements.
