Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist with orders and deliver excellent service to clients in France and other EU countries. The role is described internally as Customer Support Agent, with responsibilities spanning order processing, shipment updates, and handling inquiries.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, fluent English and French (B2), and a good grasp of complex business processes. SAP knowledge is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken, min. B2).
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level sales support for online dealers and end users.
• Assist customers via email and phone in ordering and shipment status.
• Respond to pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Identify root causes and resolve product or service problems.
• Support administrative documents and internal processes.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
