Job summary

Solventum is hiring a CO Analyst - Customer Service with French to support order management and customer inquiries from Wrocław. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements and maintain high service levels.

You will handle transactions in English and French, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive improvements in data quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Provide customer support across assigned countries in the relevant local language.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively build relationships and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitor work queues and ensure timely processing within SLA targets.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints; escalate when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and cycle time.
