Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CO Analyst - Customer Service with French to join our Wrocław team. You will handle order management, customer inquiries, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in a customer-facing environment, with fluency in English and French, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and a flexible work setup (remote, on-site or hybrid).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role with experience in order management.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience handling B2C customer interactions and complaints.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer transactions related to orders, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Provide customer support across assigned countries in the relevant local language.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other support functions to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely processing within SLA targets.
• Handle and escalate complaints as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and data quality.
