Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in customer-facing environment, complaints handling, customer issue resolution, operations or customer service.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Providing customer support across assigned countries with local language communication.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other support functions to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitoring and managing work queues to ensure timely processing within SLA targets.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, including escalation when required.
• Driving continuous improvement by enhancing processes, data quality and cycle time.
