Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
1-2 years of equivalent work experience in a Customer Facing environment, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service.
Fluency in English and Swedish

Responsibilities

Manage customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
Provide customer support across assigned countries, ensuring communication in the relevant local language.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other support functions) to meet customer requirements.
Proactively build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely processing of requests within SLA targets.
Ensure efficient handling and resolution of customer complaints, including escalation where required.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, data quality, and cycle time.
