Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, is hiring for a Customer Service role in Wroclaw, Poland. You will handle order management, queries, and back orders while supporting customers in English and Dutch.

You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs and improve service levels. Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, with strong problem-solving and organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment (order management, complaints handling, customer service).
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Proven experience in order management systems.
• Experience handling end customers in a B2C environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Provide customer support across assigned countries in the relevant local language.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to meet customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitor and manage work queues to ensure timely processing within SLA targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and data quality.
