Heyjared is seeking a founding GTM Engineer to translate early customer problems into practical demos, repeatable workflows, and a clear path from first conversation to daily use.

The role is remote across Eastern European countries, including Serbia and Poland, with flexible local employment or contracting options and overlapping working hours to be confirmed. You will partner with the founder to map needs, run focused experiments, and validate GTM strategies.

• You want a founding role with broad ownership and direct user contact.

Responsibilities

• Build small working demos and integrations around customer problems.
• Collaborate with the founder to test who needs Jared and why they use it.
• Connect product, sales and onboarding data to identify friction points.
• Build and test GTM workflows without making unsupported claims.
• Turn customer feedback into product changes and clear documentation.
• Maintain data privacy controls across connected tools.
