Job summary

TechTree is looking for an engineer to own growth initiatives, building the systems that bring in new clients and retain clients, partners and candidates. You will implement lifecycle email, CRM automation, and analytics to measure impact, while contributing to product work and supporting the GTM strategy.

The role requires TypeScript/Node or Python, APIs, SQL, and a track record of shipping growth projects. Polish fluency is required to collaborate with the Polish-speaking product team.

Qualifications

• Need 3+ years of engineering experience with at least one year at a single company.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node or Python, with API and SQL skills.
• Experience building growth or GTM systems (lead enrichment, lifecycle email, CRM automation).
• Proven track record driven by metrics.
• Able to work remotely and communicate asynchronously.
• Polish language fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Turn client leads into a channel for new clients.
• Build lifecycle and outbound email for clients, partners and candidates.
• Automate CRM and GTM workflows.
• Set up satisfaction tracking across groups.
• Collaborate with sales, account management and delivery owners.
• Ship product work when needed.
