Heyjared is seeking a founding GTM Engineer to translate early customer problems into practical demos, repeatable workflows, and a clear path from first conversation to daily use.

The role is remote across Eastern European countries, including Serbia and Poland, with flexible local employment or contracting options and overlapping working hours to be confirmed. You will partner with the founder to map needs, run focused experiments, and validate GTM strategies.

Founding GTM Engineer - Eastern Europe

Jared - Hire an A[I] Player

Location: Remote from Serbia, Poland and other Eastern European countries. Local employment or contractor structure and working-hour overlap to be confirmed.

Compensation: $150,000-$220,000 annual cash compensation in USD plus equity.

Equity percentage, vesting and (where applicable) commission plan require confirmation. OTE is not guaranteed base pay.

Jared is an AI coworker for teams. We're looking for a founding GTM engineer to turn early customer problems into useful demos, repeatable workflows and a clear path from first conversation to regular use.

What you'll do

• Build small working demos and integrations around the problems prospective users bring us.
• Work with the founder to test who needs Jared, what they need it for, and why they keep using it.
• Connect product, sales and onboarding data so we can see where people get stuck and what changes help.
• Build and test GTM workflows without turning outreach into noise or making claims the product cannot support.
• Turn useful customer feedback into product changes and clear documentation.
• Keep customer data, permission boundaries and approval steps intact across the tools you connect.

What we're looking for
