Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Founding GTM Engineering Lead to build GrowthBricks from the ground up, transforming GTM challenges into scalable systems and guiding product direction through early customer learnings.

You will work directly with customers to map GTM operations, identify automation opportunities, and implement signal-based pipelines, enrichment, and CRM automation alongside the founders and engineering team.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
• Experience building sales automation and enrichment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tooling and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand GTM workflows, data, and bottlenecks.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
• Help build signal pipelines and account intelligence workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering founders to shape GrowthBricks.
• Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack.
• Identify reusable product capabilities from customer patterns.
• Build and ship features yourself in collaboration with the team.
