Job summary

IS-Wireless is seeking a senior partner manager to drive ecosystem growth and strategic alliances across Europe. The role focuses on recruiting system integrators and telco partners, enabling partners to sell and deploy 5G/6G solutions, and shaping joint go-to-market plans.

You will manage indirect revenue, nurture high-value partner relationships, and influence strategic decisions with a global perspective.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances in the IT/Telco sector.
• Ability to build and execute complex channel strategies that align with growth goals.
• Exceptional ability to articulate the value of 5G & 6G networks and virtualized architectures to partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit strategic system integrators and technology partners.
• Train and support partners to enable sales and deployment of IS-Wireless solutions.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
• Drive indirect revenue by managing partner sales pipelines and supporting complex deals.
• Build long-term, high-value relationships with partner leadership teams.
