Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to lead strategic engagement with enterprise clients across EMEA. You will own renewals, drive adoption of AI-powered products, and build scalable CS processes in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value while expanding the company’s footprint. You will manage a diverse book of 40-50 enterprise accounts, onboarding, and ongoing success metrics, ensuring outstanding

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering value for technical, mission-critical products (e.g., conversational AI).
• Commercial experience owning renewals and expansion in a book of business.
• Builder mindset with focus on customer excellence and scalable product solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable CS playbook and framework to support customers in EMEA.
• Build and manage relationships with a book of 40-50 enterprise clients.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and drive long-term product adoption.
• Monitor usage and adoption to identify churn risk or revenue opportunities.
• Own renewal and expansion outcomes; influence CS OKRs and NRR/GRR.
