Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking a hands-on founder-level technologist to own the company's technology strategy, architecture, and product delivery alongside the Founder & CEO. In this early-stage, office-based role, you will write production code, review code, and shape the technical direction while building the initial engineering team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building commercial SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack software engineering background.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Excellent software architecture and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and product instincts.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Owning the technology vision and technical roadmap,
• Leading software architecture and engineering decisions,
• Actively developing product features and producing production-quality code,
• Building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS architecture,
• Collaborating with the Founder & CEO to shape product strategy and priorities,
• Recruiting, mentoring and leading the engineering team,
• Instituting engineering standards, testing, CI/CD and development processes,
• Ensuring platform security, reliability and operational excellence,
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and applying them where they add value,
