Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking a passionate CTO & Co-founder to help build a cutting-edge robotics automation startup. The role demands hands-on development, technical strategy definition, and team leadership.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years leadership experience in tech, a strong software engineering background, and fluency in Polish and English. The position offers starting remuneration of at least PLN 17,000 net B2B + VAT and equity in the startup.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of leadership experience in relevant positions.
• 3+ years of hands-on robotics technologies experience.
• Proven experience in building scalable platforms from scratch.
• Ability to execute pragmatically in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Co-managing the company aligning technical and business strategy.
• Hands-on development of the robotics automation platform MVP.
• Defining technical stacks and project scalability.
• Monitoring trends in robotics and automation for innovation.
• Recruiting and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Translating customer feedback into technical requirements.
• Creating a culture focused on code quality and execution.
• Setting up internal development processes and security measures.
