Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking a Project Manager to co-build a robotics startup focused on cutting-edge automation. You will be the technical co-leader, designing, prototyping hardware, and aligning tech with business goals in close collaboration with the commercial co-founder.

This is a hands-on founder role, blending hardware engineering with Physical AI, ROS/ROS2, and a scalable product strategy as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading automation or robotics projects.
• 5+ years hands-on robotics engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design and prototype hardware for scalable automation.
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the company with the commercial co-founder and align tech with business goals.
• Hands-on development and prototyping of the MVP, integrating Physical AI with hardware.
• Drive process automation with Physical AI in real hardware environments.
• Define tech stack, architecture, and scalability roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a small robotics engineering team.
• Translate customer needs into robust technical requirements.
• Establish hardware-software co-development workflows and CI/CD for robotics.
