Zusammenfassung

Red Sky is seeking a Product Owner to validate early ideas, lead discovery, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure real user value.

You will challenge ideas, make recommendations, and take ownership of product and business outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment, with Fluent English and Polish communication as essential assets.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience launching 0→1 digital products.
• Strong product discovery and customer research capabilities.
• Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating with design & dev.
• Familiarity with Miro, ClickUp, Figma and product analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery of new product ideas — define user needs, goals and constraints.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and shape product strategy.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements from vision to edge cases.
• Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Define and report on KPIs and product success metrics.
• Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support go-to-market strategies including positioning and pricing post-launch.
