Red Sky Poland is seeking a project manager to co-build a robotics startup focused on Physical AI and automation. You will be the hands-on tech lead, shaping hardware strategy and prototyping the MVP in collaboration with the commercial co-founder.

You will drive hardware/software co-development, select tech stacks, and guide a small robotics team while aligning with business goals. This founder-style role demands vision, speed, and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading automation/robotics projects.
• 5+ years hands-on robotics engineering with hardware design and integration.
• Proven ability to build scalable physical automation from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset prioritising rapid prototyping and shipping.
• Strong analytical and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage company with a commercial co-founder and align tech strategy with business goals.
• Prototype MVPs integrating Physical AI with hardware and drive product development.
• Lead hardware-software co-development, CI/CD for robotics, and safety/data standards.
• Define tech stack, architecture, and scalability roadmap.
• Mentor a small robotics engineering team and translate market needs into requirements.
