Job summary

Red Sky is seeking a Robotic Engineer to co-build a startup focused on cutting-edge automation driven by physical AI and robotics. You will lead hands-on hardware design, prototyping, and integration with software to transform bold ideas into scalable products.

You will craft the hardware strategy and pipelines, collaborating with the Lead Physical AI/Machine Learning Engineer. The role demands 5+ years in robotics, strong mechatronics know-how, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in robotics or automation
• Hands-on hardware design, prototyping, sourcing and adaptation
• Experience building scalable physical automation platforms
• Ability to ship fast in early-stage startups

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robotics automation solutions
• Define tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product roadmap
• Integrate intelligent software with hardware
• Establish hardware-software co-development workflows and CI/CD pipelines for ROS/ROS2
