Job summary

Red Sky is seeking a Project Manager who will co‑lead a startup building robotics automation powered by Physical AI. You will merge technical strategy with business goals alongside a commercial co‑founder, and drive MVP development with hardware integration in a fully remote EU setting.

You will build scalable architecture, lead a small robotics team, and establish robust workflows, safety, and data standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in automation projects or robotics companies.
• 5+ years hands-on robotics engineering: hardware design, prototyping, sensor integration, embedded systems.
• Strong background in scalable physical automation and deep-tech architecture from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: rapid prototyping and shipping in early-stage setups.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the company with the commercial co-founder and align technical strategy with business goals.
• Architect and build MVP of robotics automation solutions, integrating Physical AI with hardware.
• Define tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap.
• Establish hardware-software co-development workflows, CI/CD for robotics, and simulation-to-real testing.
