Waratah is seeking a Customer Support Specialist—Forestry Technology & Customer Solutions to support customers across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. You will handle frontline technical support for forestry equipment and digital platforms, deliver simulator training, and drive adoption of connected machine technologies while collaborating with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, product support, service operations, or technical field support.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence with digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support and technical expertise to customers operating forestry equipment and digital technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers leverage connected machine solutions.
• Deliver training and support for simulator programs and forestry technologies.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to resolve connectivity and software issues.
• Travel periodically within Australia to customer sites and events.
