Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a qualified professional to join a global technology client in Poland, focusing on onboarding partners for hardware and software products, and delivering hands-on technical training and support. The role requires close collaboration with resellers and customers to ensure successful product updates and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, 3+ years of experience in customer service, technical support or training in agriculture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with focus on precision industries.
• 3+ years in customer service, technical support or training in agriculture machinery or GIS.
• Fluent Polish and professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.
• Comfort with learning new computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new partners from hardware and software perspectives.
• Provide timely technical support and training via email, phone, web conference and in person.
• Develop and manage relationships with resellers and clients for updates and technical requests.
• Perform problem analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and identify bugs or enhancements.
• Support sales functions as a technical expert for precision agriculture.
• Develop and update training materials.
