Job summary

Calan is seeking a Fleet Manager in Warsaw to oversee the rental fleet, analyze equipment performance, and plan growth within budget. The role requires regular travel to branch sites and vendors to ensure optimal fleet composition and uptime.

Qualifications

• Analyzing sales by category of equipment, and follow trends on the market.
• Planning sustainable fleet growth and its appropriate composition in line with the budget.
• Proposing purchase budgets and evaluating fleet needs.
• Processing purchases and sales of machines and tools.
• Monitoring and managing the depreciation process of machines.
• Ensuring compliance with UDT regulations and conducting periodic inspections of the fleet.
• Supervising equipment damage, implementing repair procedures, and recovering costs resulting from damage and downtime in collaboration with the Service Manager.
