Job summary

Calan in Warsaw seeks an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to lead finance, administration and compliance. You will oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, treasury, and consolidation, while driving FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting in a global group context.

You will define KPIs, coordinate with external partners, participate in Group meetings, and lead a 12-member finance team (3 direct reports). Hybrid work option offered in a modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar finance/controlling role.
• Strong English; French would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strategic business outlook.
• Proactive, with focus on process automation and improvements.
• Experience with GBS/SSC collaboration and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for finance, administration and compliance.

Finance & Administration Manager

Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for finance, administration, and compliance within the company
• Overseeing financial and accounting reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, treasury
• Managing financial consolidation, planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Implementing Group reporting standards and procedures
• Defining and monitoring financial KPIs (EBIT, EBITDA, margin, opex, capex) and recommending optimization measures
• Cooperating with external partners including accounting firms, legal advisors, and Global Business Services (GBS)
• Participating in local and international financial committees and Group meetings
• Exchanging best practices with international finance teams
• Managing and developing a finance and accounting team of 12 people, including 3 direct reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in finance/controlling
• Strong command of English (French would be an advantage)
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a strategic business outlook
• Proactive “can-do” attitude with a focus on process automation and improvements
• Advantageous: experience in cooperation with financial GBS/SSC, knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics for Finance & Operations)
