Tbk Transport is seeking an organized, detail-oriented communicator to support our growing logistics team. The role is full-time with a contract for services and a gross salary of 8,000 PLN, offering hybrid work and exposure to the transport sector.

Responsibilities include document management, data entry, and using the FIRETMS system, with emphasis on accuracy and punctuality. Experience in logistics is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of English, especially when dealing with foreign suppliers, carriers, and EU agencies.
• Knowledge of TMS systems; experience is a plus.
• Good work organization and punctuality.
• Accuracy and responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Work in the FIRETMS system.
• Keep a record of dates.
• Document management - archiving and data entry.
• Keep records of issued consumables and company supplies.
• File documents, including traffic tickets, insurance claims, and official correspondence.
