FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support ongoing construction projects in Poland by ensuring continuous access to resources and optimizing procurement costs.

The role involves coordinating deliveries, equipment, and materials for the site, and building strong supplier relationships. The candidate should have experience in road construction procurement and be proficient in MS Office, with English as a helpful asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in road investment projects is welcome.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD-type software welcome
• High commitment and initiative in performing assigned duties
• Communicative knowledge of English will be an additional asset
• Full availability
• Driving license category B

Responsibilities

• Ongoing analysis and recording of construction delivery notes and reports on equipment, transport, deliveries and material issuance
• Supplying the site with equipment, materials, fuel, tools, cleaning supplies and work clothing
• Ordering and settling transport operating for the needs of the site
• Preparing order plans and making corrections to them
• Searching for suppliers offering products, semi-finished products, raw materials, services, etc. necessary from the company's perspective
• Selecting the best sources of supply
• Building positive and long-lasting relationships with suppliers
• Maintaining the required documentation and preparing reports
• Ongoing analysis of the market situation and searching for new, more favorable solutions

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, in connection with ongoing construction projects in the Masovian Voivodeship (the S7 route on the Kiełpin-Czosnów section and the "Construction of a fast tram route from Dworzec Zachodni to the junction with Grójecka Street" in Warsaw), is recruiting a Logistics Specialist.

We expect candidates to be committed to co-creating the company's procurement strategy and ensuring the company has continuous access to the resources necessary for its operations, as well as optimizing its costs. The employee must therefore carry out their tasks in line with the company's needs and take into account its key business objectives, including long-term ones.
