Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery
- Strong focus on financial management solutions and Unit4 Financials (U4F) familiarity
- Deep understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, forecasting, reporting
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve customer Success Plans with CSMs
- Identify adoption gaps and optimisation opportunities across Finance processes
- Improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance and decision-making with Unit4 Financials
- Promote standard functionality to reduce customisation and drive adoption of new capabilities
- Analyse usage patterns to find opportunities for value realisation and operational improvement
- Support Value Enhancement Services by aligning needs to outcome-based initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes
- Represent customer voice to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
