Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Product Success Partner (U4 Financials) to drive adoption and value realisation within customer finance processes. You will collaborate with CSMs, leverage deep Unit4 Financials knowledge, and align product capabilities with business outcomes across reporting, budgeting, and governance.

You will triage needs, promote standard functionality, and partner with Engineering and Support to deliver scalable, future-ready financial management solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery, with a strong focus on financial management solutions.
• Experience working with Unit4 Financials (U4F) is a must
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Period-End and Year-End Processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs to shape and evolve customer Success Plans, linking objectives to product adoption and value.
• Identify adoption gaps and opportunities across Financials, Procurement, Reporting, Budgeting, and related processes.
• Help customers improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, and decision-making through Unit4 capabilities.
• Promote standard functionality and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Analyse usage patterns to identify value realisation opportunities.
• Support Value Enhancement Services by triaging needs to appropriate outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes.
• Bring customer voice into Product and Engineering to influence improvements.
