Job summary

UNIT4 NV in Poland seeks a Customer Success professional to advocate for customers and translate feedback into tangible actions. You will help customers realize business value from Unit4 solutions and drive adoption through guided success plans.

In this role you will manage risk, support retention, and coordinate with Product, R&D, Support, and Sales to ensure aligned outcomes for strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer (VoC) and translate insights into actions to improve outcomes and experience.
• Help customers achieve business outcomes and maximize value from Unit4 investments.
• Increase product adoption through success planning, guidance, and engagement.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Serve as primary Customer Success contact, proactively managing risk and retention.
• Develop success plans aligned to customers’ objectives, milestones, outcomes.
• Lead executive reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Communicate customer goals and needs across Product, R&D, Support, and Sales.

• Increase product adoption and maturity through success planning, guidance, and value-added customer engagements.
• Identify and drive new sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) through qualified leads in collaboration with Sales.
• Act as the primary point of contact within Customer Success, proactively managing risk and supporting retention.
• Develop and maintain success plans with customers that align to their strategic objectives, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic customer conversations with C-level stakeholders and customer management teams.
• Ensure customer goals, challenges, product needs, and value drivers are understood and communicated across Unit4 teams, including Product, R&D, Support, and Sales.
