Job summary

Unit4 is hiring a Customer Success Manager (Swedish speaking) in Poland for a full-time role. Compensation: PLN 190,329 - PLN 203,867 yearly.

You will partner with customers to understand their goals and ensure they achieve successful value realization with Unit4’s ERP cloud platform. As the voice of the customer, you’ll drive adoption, manage risk, and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in cloud software.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer (VoC) and advocate for their needs.
• Drive customer value realization and maximize Unit4 investment value.
• Increase product adoption and maturity through success planning and engagements.
• Identify and drive new sales opportunities through qualified leads with Sales.
• Act as primary point of contact within Customer Success, managing risk and retention.
• Develop and maintain success plans aligned to customers' objectives and milestones.
• Lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders and customer management teams.
• Communicate customer goals and needs across Product, R&D, Support, and Sales.
