Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a senior finance operations lead to own cash flow, treasury, and the transition to a new payment infrastructure. You’ll manage high-volume multi-currency flows across entities, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver a clear weekly view of P&L and cash.

In this fully remote contractor role, you’ll partner with the founders, oversee external bookkeeping, and design SOPs that scale as the business grows, with UAE and international links shaping the scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance operations, treasury or hands-on senior finance.
• Multi-currency, multi-entity experience at genuine transaction volume.
• Systems builder — SOPs, automations, process design.
• Xero, Wise, corporate card platforms (Pleo, Qashio or similar).
• Actively uses AI in finance reporting or operations.
• Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting partners.
• UAE/DMCC entity experience or willingness to work with international entities.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities.
• Manage high-volume USD revenue from Whop into UAE accounts.
• Fund GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta ad spend daily; maintain uptime.
• Build a live cash position view readable by the founding team.
• Lead migration from current setup to UAE-native platforms.
• Audit manual processes; implement automation; manage external bookkeeping.
