Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a senior finance operations leader to own cash flow, treasury, and the payment infrastructure in a fully remote role. You will manage multi-currency cash across entities, oversee a high-volume USD stream, and drive automated systems with external bookkeeping oversight.

You will partner with founders to deliver a live cash position, automate card funding, and implement a UAE-native platform to reduce manual work. A strategic, hands-on role awaits.

Qualifications

• Runs finance in a high-volume, multi-currency operation across entities.
• Uses AI tools in daily finance reporting and operations.
• Builds systems rather than relying on spreadsheets.
• Flags problems before escalations and acts proactively.
• Not dependent on being chased to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities and currencies.
• Manage high-volume USD revenue and fund GBP/AED cards for ad spend.
• Create a live cash position view for leadership.
• Lead migration from Pleo/UK to Qashio UAE-native setup.
• Evaluate Whop's card platform for automation and reduce manual topping.
• Audit manual processes and implement SOPs across cash, payments, refunds.
• Manage external bookkeeping partner with accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver a weekly cash and P&L snapshot in five bullets.
