Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Finance Operations Controller to join a fast-growing, multi-entity organization. You will own cash flow, treasury oversight, and the automation of financial processes across currencies, ensuring accurate data and scalable systems.

You will report to the Director of Finance, driving operational excellence and replacing repetitive manual work with repeatable, auditable processes. Fully remote, high autonomy role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution roles.
• Demonstrated systems-first approach to solving problems with repeatable processes.
• Experience leading finance operations teams or cross-functional processes.
• Hands-on management of high-volume, multi-currency cash flows (USD/GBP/AED).
• Proven ability to build and implement SOPs for finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash cycle across multiple entities and currencies.
• Manage high-volume USD revenue flows and transitions in the payment infra.
• Build live cash visibility and automate manual processes where possible.
• Ensure SOPs are documented, followed, and continuously improved.
• Partner with the Director of Finance to free time for strategic work.
