Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Finance Operations Controller to oversee hands-on treasury and finance processes across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. The role focuses on stabilizing treasury, automating processes, and delivering reliable financial systems and reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will own daily cash cycles, implement scalable SOPs, and oversee external bookkeeping partners, while enabling faster financial visibility and decision making.

• Focus on building repeatable financial systems and improving visibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow and treasury activity across entities, currencies, and revenue channels.
• Build cash visibility and ensure corporate cards are funded for Meta ad spend.
• Implement finance processes and SOPs, and oversee bookkeeping partners and operational execution.
