Job summary

We Love AI Jobs is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to run daily finance ops across multiple entities and currencies with high transaction volumes. You will own cash flow, treasury, and the payment infrastructure while automating repetitive work and maintaining SOPs.

You will also manage an external bookkeeping partner and deliver a weekly cash and P&L view. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance operations, hands-on treasury experience, and a track record of building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance operations, treasury, or hands-on senior finance.
• Multi-currency, multi-entity experience with high transaction volume.
• Experience managing external bookkeeping partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, revenue transfers, and corporate card funding across entities and currencies.
• Lead payment infrastructure changes and automate card funding, tracking, and reconciliation processes.
• Build finance SOPs and reporting, and oversee the external bookkeeping partner’s work in Xero.
• Deliver a weekly cash and P&L view in five bullet points, not twenty tabs.
